By accessing rbajjee, creating an Account, or using any service offered on the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rbajjee. They apply to all use of the Platform including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, betting activity, bonus redemption, withdrawals, and communication with our support team.

rbajjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this document will always be published at /terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. If a revision is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — rbajjee will endeavour to publish a notice on the Platform homepage for a reasonable period following the change.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between versions in different languages (if any are made available), the English version shall prevail.

To access the full range of services on rbajjee, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on rbajjee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on rbajjee suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of rbajjee or any of its service providers in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are not diagnosed as a problem gambler who has requested self-exclusion, unless the self-exclusion period has formally expired and has been lifted by our responsible gaming team.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on rbajjee. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If rbajjee identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all Accounts may be suspended, any outstanding bonuses voided, and balances reviewed in accordance with the fraud management procedures outlined in Article 7.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or preferred payment method — you must update your Account profile promptly. rbajjee will not be liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated Account information.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on rbajjee while logged into your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify rbajjee support immediately via live chat or email. rbajjee will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

rbajjee operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an Account, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any form of gaming activity on the Platform. This policy is enforced without exception.

4.1 Age Verification Process

rbajjee reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, upon a withdrawal request, following unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (any nationality)
• Bangladesh driving licence containing date of birth
• Birth certificate for supplementary age confirmation

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. rbajjee will aim to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents in legible form.

4.2 Consequences of Under-Age Gambling

If rbajjee establishes at any point that a Player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the Platform, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The Account will be suspended and permanently closed.
• All bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be voided without exception.
• Real-money deposits will be returned via the original payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered.
• The case may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

All financial transactions on rbajjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods designed to serve Bangladesh players efficiently and securely.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

rbajjee currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform fee applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges which are outside rbajjee's control.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account Balance within 90 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the sending institution's processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within the stated timeframe, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be requested by any Player whose Account is in good standing, whose identity has been verified, and whose Balance includes sufficient real-money funds free of active wagering requirements. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000.
• Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• rbajjee reserves the right to conduct KYC checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose. rbajjee strongly discourages depositing borrowed money or funds earmarked for essential living expenses. rbajjee operates a structured bonus and promotional programme. All bonuses are offered at rbajjee's sole discretion and are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have an active, verified Account in good standing.
• Each Player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple Accounts constitute fraud and will result in the actions described in Article 7.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on each bonus offer. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• rbajjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on rbajjee carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means the Player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable). Wagering contribution rates vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution to wagering requirements
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports betting (pre-match): 50% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50
• Sports betting (in-play): 25% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator): 50% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rbajjee employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, exploiting software errors, using multiple Accounts, or coordinating with other Players to systematically extract bonus value. Where abuse is identified, rbajjee reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and withhold balances pending investigation.

As a Player on rbajjee, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any activity that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by rbajjee.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors in odds or game logic, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players, or with Platform staff, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rbajjee staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.

7.2 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any activity on the Platform that you believe constitutes fraud, collusion, or technical abuse, you are encouraged to report it to rbajjee's support team as soon as reasonably practicable. Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially. False or malicious reports are themselves a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where rbajjee determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may take any one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the Account.
• Void all or part of the Account Balance, including real-money funds where those funds are found to be proceeds of fraudulent activity.
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• Disclose relevant information to law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies as required or permitted by law.
• Pursue civil or criminal legal remedies against the Player for losses caused to rbajjee.

rbajjee reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity, or at the Player's own request.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting rbajjee's support team via live chat or email at support@rbajjee. Upon receipt of a closure request, rbajjee will process any eligible Balance remaining in your Account via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements, before closing the Account. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as a priority.

8.2 Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. rbajjee may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts, the amount of which will be communicated in a notice sent to the registered email address prior to the fee being applied. If an Account Balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed automatically. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and contacting support.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion of a defined duration (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent) via their Account settings or by contacting support directly. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and the Player will be unable to deposit, bet, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected. Players are responsible for not attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering new Accounts; any such Accounts discovered will be closed and balances returned. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — for any reason — all pending bonus offers and uncompleted wagering requirements are immediately voided. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method where the Account was closed in good standing. In cases where the Account was closed due to breach of these Terms and Conditions, rbajjee reserves the right to retain balances pending investigation or in satisfaction of any outstanding liability owed by the Player.
